The most anticipated event in the ballet community for 2020, Varna International Ballet Competition, will gather future stars for the twenty ninth time in the legendary Summer Theater of the Bulgarian “sea capital”. Known as the Ballet Olympiad, the first and most prestigious in the world, Varna International Ballet Competition takes place traditionally from 15 to 30 July. Bright young talents from Europe, Asia and America will compete in two age groups in the beautiful and difficult race. They will present themselves to the elite jury with selected ballet classics and choreographies by contemporary authors.
